Urhobo Progress Union America Young Adults (UPUAYA) was birthed after years of Urhobo young adults longing to connect and learn more about our culture. We operate under Urhobo Progress Union America (UPUA), which is an umbella organization of Urhobo Progress Union (UPU). We strive to promote continuity for future generations. We wish to be grounded in the Urhobo Cultural Heritage and further promote our rich Urhobo culture by utilizing our talents and skills to provide services for our communities, Local Chapters, UPUA, the Urhobo people, and humanity at large. We are the future of UPUA!

Annual Scholarship Award
UPUAYA believes that education is POWER! That is why we have created the first annual UPUAYA Scholarship Fund that will be awarded to an Urhobo student in the U.S. UPUAYA will also be collecting school materials, such as books, pens, pencils, papers and much more. These items will be sent to an Urhobo school in Nigeria.
